Invitation and Investment Opportunity for my New Business Partner, Warren Buffett

Dear Mr. Buffet,
By way of a quick introduction, I am a Broker and Fine Homes Specialist at Prudential California Realty in El Dorado Hills California. Since Berkshire Hathaway Home Services acquired Prudential Real Estate, we are now in business together. What a terrific alliance!

I would like to personally invite you to visit El Dorado Hills, the Greater Sacramento Area and our offices in the area. Given the research info that I have available it seems that you like Steak houses. I would be thrilled to take you to lunch or dinner at any of our local restaurants. I would like to suggest three and you pick. My local suggestions are Chops and the Sutter Street Steak House in nearby Folsom. If you would prefer to spend time in lovely El Dorado Hills, Sienna is really popular and has some great steaks.

If you would like a tour of the area, I am happy to be your local guide. It will be my pleasure to show you around.

I realize that you have all the technology in the world available at your fingertips. However if you would enjoy a Northern California office in which to sit down, check emails and make some calls, you have one. My office invites you to call us your office in California. We have a lovely desk for you with a view of the Sierra Nevada foothills.

When you visit, and if you enjoy the area, we can find you a local residence here. I know that you have a lovely home in Omaha so this could be a simple and enjoyable second home.  It can be traditional in terms of architecture and comfortable for your visits.

In case this idea appeals to you, I have a terrific new listing on 5 acres in El Dorado Hills. The country setting provides privacy and lovely views.  Photos are included here. It’s listed for only $549,000. The address is 1981 Sweet Valley Road, in case you want to to map it. The views are gorgeous. There is a stone fireplace for cool evenings and a pool for hot summer days. It’s close to shops restaurants and also Folsom Lake.

Well, how about if we start with the local tour and lunch or dinner? Let me know.
This will be fun!
