People like living in Serrano for a myriad of reasons. It’s clean and the homes are well maintained. There are many nice parks and an extensive system of nature trails. To be specific, there are about 17 miles of trails that wind through 1,000 acres of open space!
The schools located within Serrano are very highly rated. Many of the streets are gated.
Serrano is located close to Town Center with entertainment, restaurants,
a lake with a path around it and a theater. Town Center has many events
including a farmers market and concerts. Most of the homes that are for sale in Serrano are resales. Prices range from about $420,000 to over $1,000,000 and there are many choices. There are currently two new home builders building here. New home prices start at about $570,000.
