The Greater Sacramento Area has a large selection of lifestyle, neighborhoods and homes. People who are relocating to the area, or within the area usually make real estate choices based on proximity to employment and recreation, price range, age and size of home and often school district.

If your wish list includes a newer, larger home you may want to take a look at the homes in Sunridge Park.. Homes in this area are all newer. Currently Woodside Homes is building brand new homes in the area however many savvy homebuyers are looking primarily at resale homes which are priced below brand new homes. Purchasing a resale home is a smart choice, especially if the home was originally built with upgrades and if the owners have maintained the home well. Landscaping is expensive so home buyers benefit from the previous owners landscape installation and maintenance.

The Sunridge Park community enjoys an easy commute to both Sacramento and Folsom..  The community is served by the in the top rated Elk Grove School District. In fact, Sunrise Elementary School is just a short school bus ride from Sunridge Park.

If you are looking for a spacious home with landscaping and upgrades, there is a currently available home at Sunridge Park that is 3,323 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (including a downstairs suite) and a bonus room. This home has numerous upgrades including Granite counters, Cherry Cabinets, tile floors and ceiling fans in every room. This home is available for $385,000 (under short sale terms).  It has nice landscaping. And is only two blocks from the new park!
